Compassion-ate

"When a cat cries over a rat, it's a case of false compassion."

Compassion is defined as a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering. I think I feel too much. I feel too hard, too much compassion for others accompanied by the inherit need to fix situations that are not my problem, not my issue and to top it off, most are incapable of repair by me or my hand. I still try. I feel their pain. I wish I were a saint. A saint can change things. Make impossibilities seem like a mere task. Can one possess too much compassion for problems they can not mend? What is worse - being too compassionate for others or leaving no compassion for your own being?

So, I'm an official blogger now. Instead of bearing my problems out on my friends, I will bear them all here to you, dear readers. I don't have any expectations of my blog, except as an outlet to my crazy life. With that being said, be prepared for the fantastic world of...me.

  1. Oh I'm ready! It better be as crazy as lady in a football helmet at Denny's.

It better be crazier than Conan with a beard.

It better be crazier than Jersey Shore in Italy.

It better be crazier than Courtney Love.

I have high expectations. =) But I know you'll deliver.
